Thermography

Thermography

Thermography is a passive infrared imaging process (completely safe) that allows temperature measurement without contact. It uses the fact that every object emits electromagnetic radiation at a temperature above absolute zero (-273.15 °C). Simply put, a thermal camera allows the observation of temperature variations.

Thermal cameras are powerful and non-invasive tools for monitoring and diagnostics. A thermal camera allows you to identify problems early, document them, and correct them before they worsen and lead to costly repairs.

The applications of thermography are very diverse. Since electromagnetic radiation (heat) is visible, there are many uses, and inspections can reveal several pieces of information:

Buildings

  • Energy losses
  • Defects or lack of insulation
  • Air leaks
  • Moisture in insulation, roofs, and walls, in the interior and exterior structure
  • Mold and poorly insulated areas
  • Water infiltration in flat roofs
  • Hot water pipe breaks
  • Construction errors
  • Defects in supply pipelines and district heating networks
  • Electrical problems
  • Identification of thermal bridges
  • Monitoring of construction drying

Photovoltaic Installations

  • Defective panels or cells
  • Defective electronics
  • Shading
  • Dirt

Aerial Imaging

  • Search for people, animals, objects
  • Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Fire and hot spot detection
  • Tank level verification
  • Flat roof analysis, leakage detection
  • Analysis of electrical or mechanical pylons
  • Allows access while minimizing human risk

Fawns

We offer our knowledge and technical resources free of charge for the search for fawns before field mowing. Do not hesitate to contact us or the Fawns Association in your region!

Electrical Installations

  • Fault detection, troubleshooting
  • Maintenance
  • Overloaded circuits
  • Unbalanced circuits
  • Loose connections
  • Fire prevention

Mechanical Installations

  • Fault detection, troubleshooting
  • Maintenance
  • Overload
  • Leakage
  • Loose connections

Equine Thermography

  • Locate inflammations
  • Monitor healing progress
  • Training optimization
  • Prevention
  • Non-contact and therefore stress-free for the animal
  • No dangerous x-rays

We are available for all infrared imaging, but we do not provide analysis or conclusions. We work with veterinarians to support them in their work with our equipment.
